*Based on 8oz measuring cup.

Activity level, age, breed, and metabolism could change the daily feeding amount. If your pet needs to lose weight or gain weight the daily feeding amount would change according to those needs.

Moisture is important to your pet! Rehydrate with 1/2 cup cool or warm wawter for every one cup of food.  Allow for one minute to pass after adding water to ensure maximum absorption results.

When introducing your pet to Stella & Chewy's Freeze-Dried products it is necessary to start slow. Start by mixing a small portion of freeze-dried into the current diet and slowly incorporate more freeze-dried daily over the next 7-10 days. For adult cats divide the daily total into two meals. Kittens will likely need twice the amount of food needed for an adult cat. Regarding pregnant or nursing moms it is best to consult a vet regarding how much the mother should eat based on how many kittens and stage of lactation.
